Author of various published articles in such forums as the ‘Journal of Behavioral Public Administration and Health Affairs’ Anthony recently launched a Substack for the ‘Network of Intersectional Professionals” noting that lived experience is “irreplaceably valuable to any effort to improve systems and outcomes.”
